[Sometimes despite carrying an enormous burden in the form of a secret, life is still somehow easier... Adolphe really does have to deal with so many breaches of privacy when he is such an incredibly secretive person, my god.

...I think that if you're already looking at it from such a perspective, you'll do much better than someone who might have a desire to want to "correct" him.

[Lucas also thinks that some people just can't be fixed fully, and that's okay. He doesn't think Jacopo needs to be glued back together like some broken face. Just supported, so he's not shattering into worse and worse pieces. And if Adolphe and Jacopo share this understanding, then maybe they can be exactly that for one another.]

It's a lovely sentiment. To want to pick up someone's pieces is a very kind thing. And if you truly feel that the two of you share an understanding, then you can surely also help him in a way that others can't. Perhaps he can do the same for you.
